Discussion on Recruitment Terms & condition and sign the agreement by both the parties on agreed terms. 3 days
Obtaining necessary Power of Attorney & Demand Letter etc. attested from Nepal Embassy in respective country for getting accreditation in the name of Choice International Services Pvt. Ltd. and permission for the recruitment from Nepal. 7 days
Submission of Embassy attested documents to the Labour Dept. Nepal to get approval for releasing the advertisement & sourcing the candidates. 3 days
Shortlisting & Evaluation of CV’s from Advertisement response, Data Bank, Headhunting etc. 3-5 days
Final Interviews (if required). 2-4 days
Finalization of Selection List 1 days
Submission of documents of selected candidates to the client for further visa processing. 3-5 days
Receipt of visas (based on employer’s need and govt. procedure of their respective country). 7-30 days
Deployment of candidates (after receipt of visa) 5-10 days
